Start with a short pitch
Send a proposed headline, the question your story answers, three or four key points and the sources you plan to use. Include a short introduction, your relevant experience and a link to previous work if you have one.
Bring something a reader can use
Prefer specific observations, dated figures and original examples to broad claims about luxury, investment potential or the “best” neighbourhood. Explain where prices came from and what they include. Only submit photographs and illustrations you have permission to publish.
Keep the relationship clear
