You can read the guides and use the price comparisons without creating an account. The website does not currently include an advertising tracker or a visitor analytics service. Our hosting providers process the connection information needed to deliver pages and protect their services.
Your preferences and calculations
The light or dark appearance preference is saved in your browser. The figures you enter into the on-page budget calculators are used in your browser and are not submitted to us.
When you contact us
Email and WhatsApp messages give us the contact details and information you choose to send. We use these to respond to your enquiry, review a contribution or discuss a partnership. Avoid sending identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information unless a specific, appropriate process has been agreed.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, an agreed relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your contact details.
External services
The embedded map, email service, WhatsApp and sites opened through external links have their own privacy practices. Opening a third-party page or using the map may share connection information with that provider.
Questions or requests
Write to info@mada-residences.ae to ask about information you have sent us, request a correction or ask for deletion. We may need to confirm the request concerns your own information.
