A terrace is useful when it fits your routine
A terrace can make a meaningful difference if you expect to use it. Check its depth, access, privacy, exposure and the space left after placing furniture. A long, narrow strip may feel different from a square outdoor room with the same area.
The brochure does not establish the present view, shade or condition of an individual terrace. Those need an inspection of the actual unit. Ask about maintenance responsibilities and check the statement for the area used to calculate charges.
Match the type and the floor
Some type numbers recur on different floors with different dimensions. Match both pieces of information when opening the drawing. The floor-plan page links directly to the relevant brochure page and keeps any unclear total visibly unfilled.
Before negotiating, obtain the apartment’s own plan and area documents. Use the brochure to prepare questions and understand alternatives, not as a substitute for documents identifying the home being sold.
